We are all aware that being physically fit is a huge part of living a healthy and active lifestyle, however most of us are equally aware of the many challenges involved in getting fit and healthy.
In order to start your fitness journey you will probably need to ascertain what being fit actually means to you. For some people being fit could mean being able to run a marathon; for others it could be lifting heavy weights in the gym while for many people it is simply being able to walk to the shops without getting breathless.

Once you begin your journey it is important to remember that this could be a slow process, don't get frustrated if you don't see results instantly.
