We all strive to do the best we can to become the best version of ourselves but sometimes we could all benefit from a little help.

As human beings we all have day to day challenges which effect us in different ways both physically and mentally and naturally we all deal with these challenges in different ways too.

Mental health affects more people than you imagine yet we find it so difficult to talk about, and address due to it's invisible nature.

Sufferers will often suffer in silence as they can't explain what they are going through and will typically find it difficult to see a way out.  Unfortunately many end up taking their own lives as a result.

More often than not people living with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD to name but a few feel trapped in their world which has often been created by an external influence which they have been "conditioned" to see as normal.    They learn to believe that they have nothing to offer the world, that they are worthless and unattractive. That they are useless, stupid, ugly or whatever other terms have been used to put them down.  They give up on themselves and unfortunately on life

When you suffering from a mental health condition even the simple things become crippling but, with the help of others, we hope you will see that you are worthy, that you are beautiful, that you do have a lot of offer and that you are a worthy  person dealing with a difficult situation.

Our aim through this site is to tell peoples' stories, to get people talking and moreover to get people out and about into the world enjoying and experiencing the amazing things and fantastic places we have around us.  We want to show everyone that life is worth living, to help you regain your confidence, recapture your self esteem and learn to believe in yourself and the value you have to offer.

If you have a story to share, we would be more than happy to feature it on this site - get in touch to find out more.

There are also a number of charities who would be more than happy to try and assist you so remember you are not alone, your are worthy, you are beautiful, you are OK.
